Vermouth made from 100% white Macabeo grapes of Mediterranean origin. This grape has been harvested late when it has reached a minimum alcohol content of 16º.

The alcoholic fermentation process is carried out in the traditional way. It has a graduation of 15 % (vol). It is stopped at this alcoholic strength to preserve the natural sugars contained in the grapes. After fermentation, the vermouth obtained is filtered and left to macerate together with aromatic plants, roots and flowers in 700-litre French oak barrels for a month.

Straw-coloured with golden tinges. The nose is very intense with notes of white flowers, pear, cinnamon, cardamom, rosemary and a rainbow of aromatic herbs and spices. In the mouth it has a good alcoholic intensity but with a perfect balance with the acidity of the product.

Consume this Vermouth as an aperitif with lots of ice, a green olive and a slice of orange or lemon. It can also be used as a base for an infinite number of cocktails. Store in a cool, dry place.
